He looks back at the viewer with wide eyes. His shotgun lays beside him. Kinger is glowing, being the only light source in this piece. The glow around him is low opacity rainbow lines that are wavy. Faintly, there is rainbow feathered wings and a halo attached to him, with their patterns being star-like.
