Supreme Court lets Texas use gerrymandered map that could give GOP 5 more House seats The Supreme Court has cleared the way for a Texas congressional map that may help the GOP win five more U.S. House seats in the 2026 midterms. A lower court found the map is likely unconstitutional.

Obviously 2/3 of #SCOTUS is corrupt. Nearly all their rulings should be overturned later, like the #Taney court likely should've faced (maybe they did?)

One thing about heavy #gerrymander is those "likely R" districts are more tenuous. Even with #TN07 size swings, #TX #Republicans may regret this.

#Philly recently renamed its #Taney Street to try to erase the stain of the Chief Justice who ruled that people who are Black can never be citizens.

#JohnRoberts is grifting BIG off his role as his wife picks up $ millions a year as a recruiter for law firms that try Supreme Court cases.
