Innovation schools prospectus moves forward; teachers to vote, public comment to follow An update on Springfield's innovation schools: the screening committee advanced the prospectus, teacher votes (two-thirds required) will determine school-level approval, Discovery Polytechnical has voted in favor, and the district targets teacher votes by mid-March and a committee vote in April.
