Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is on the right side of the picture and he’s having a sniff at a roll of silver duct tape on the left. The tape is to help try and repair his favourite box as the roof came apart! It did well to last so long under the weight of the mighty Gizmo! On the floor is a toy which has a blue undersea background featuring colourful coral and fish. We only see the top of Gizmo’s head and get a clear overhead shot of the dark orange tabby stripes which form the M on his forehead streaking up towards his back.

More box repair supervision from Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat…the box is upside down so we can partially see the flaps inside which have given way to the might of Gizmo! The box is mainly brown cardboard with a large green patch on the side closest to the camera. It has a door cut in it. To the bottom left on a grey/silver/white rug is a blue fabric mouse with a long blue tail.

The roof gave up on Gizmo after one crash landing too many so he’s now supervising Dadmin while repairs are made! 😸😸🦁🦁

Gizmo the orange Maine Caine cat is on top of his giant cream coloured cat tree. We don’t see it fully but he’s on top of a pillar which is over 6ft in the air! He’s looking to the left of the picture with his mouth partially open as he observes the goings on outside the front of the house. His front snowy white chest fur looks super smooth and velvety today as does the orange floof swimming down his side. His legs have dark orange tabby stripes and three of his snow dipped paws can be seen as he’s perked himself on top of them. Those famed big pointy ears are facing front alert for activity as well - which there will be plenty of soon as we’ve got a storm warning on! 🙀🙀

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is curled up in a cream coloured pod on his cat tree. He’s been having an afternoon snooze but woke up to have his picture taken for his pals! His orange floof takes up most of the bottom half of the picture - it’s soft and swirls around like ice cream! His head appears to have been stuck on but it’s definitely attached!

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is…well regular readers will know where he is…he’s on top of his favourite box! The lighting in this picture is not quite the usual sharpness or brightness thanks to the April showers which have lost no time at all in arriving on April 1st 😹😹 there’s a bit of sun but mainly rain so it looks like this was taken in the autumn! Despite this the lighting adds a nice bit of atmosphere! Gizmo looks imposing as he gazes down on us with a giant snow dipped paw hanging over the edge of the box. His long white whiskers still stand out as do his sharp green eyes and pointy ears with their orange ear tips!

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is once again on top of his favourite box and is mid-groom which has led him to extend his left leg out to get easier access to clean up a spot between his chest and leg. His leg is orange floof and topped off by a giant snow dipped paw which is facing the camera and displaying his pink toe beans. The main bean can be seen more easily than its smaller colleagues as they are swamped by white floof which Maine Coons use for walking through the snowy wilds of Maine. Gizmo uses his as a soft landing cushion, we don’t get much snow indoors 😹😹

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is relaxing on one of the new upstairs carpets which were installed this week to replace the ones he and Buddy destroyed! The new carpet is a grey/silver mix. Gizmo’s orange fur goes well with the new threads and his snowy white front paws look even brighter. Gizmo is parked between a printer on the left of the picture and metal tripod stand legs of a telescope.

Buddy and Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cats are lying together on a grey rug. Gizmo is on the left and Buddy is on the right. Both boys have beautifully soft coats - primarily warm orange with some dark orange tabby stripes but both have snowy white chest coats and muzzles. Gizmo’s ears look larger and pointier than Buddy’s and both have the same orange tips. Their eyes are mainly wide dark pupils as the picture was taken in the evening at home…warm light from unseen lighting adds to the ethereal glow coming from the brothers.

It’s been a busy day in Casa Gingie as we’ve been having new carpets fitted upstairs. Lots of comings and goings have interrupted his naps so it’s time to catch up! Gizmo the orange Maine Coon as seen from the top of the stairs whilst he is on the dark wooden floor at the bottom of the stairs. The wall on the right is a creamy white colour. The main door can be seen behind Gizmo. It’s mainly frosted glass with white internal bars forming panel style separation. The door frame is white and has a gold handle. Not real gold mind you. Each row has three panels and we see four rows in total. There’s a separate set of panels to the right of the door. The green heart shape of an outdoor wreath hanging on the door can be seen. It’s daylight outside. All of this scene setting leads us to Gizmo. He’s literally just a tiny head here. He’s poking his head round the wall with his mouth open mid-meow. But he’s not at floor level…his head is floating two feet in the air! There’s an unseen box he’s stood on. This is why he was meowing for attention - he was advertising his latest conquest!

It’s supported by a sturdy pillar covered in rope for Gizmo to sharpen his claws!
