Garlic tear and share loaf on a cooling rack

6g fast action yeast
450g bread flour
6g salt 
1 tbsp olive oil
265ml warm water.
175g unsalted butter
Lazy garlic, I used 4/5 teaspoons, but adapt to your liking.
Chopped parsley 
Mozzarella 
Parmesan

Mix altogether and knead until smooth. Leave to rise 45 mins. Line loaf tin. Melt butter and stir in garlic and parsley, once dough has risen, tear off pieces  & roll in to a ball and dunk in the butter then arrange in loaf tin. Once all dough gone, sprinkle with cheeses, leave to rise again under tea towel for 30mins. Preheat oven 190 fan bake for 25-30mins . Once out of the oven brush with whatever butter / garlic you have left over from dunking, take from tin and leave to cool for 15 mins…enjoy 🤤
