The US needs #TERM_LIMITS to keep old farts like me out of Congress. 10 Terms as Representative; 3 as Senator. Once you level up to the Senate, no more as Rep. Less exposure to "Primarying".
Also, we have 3 dead Democratic Reps whose shoes need filling, limits would push them out; can be advisors.

I think the answer is #TERM_LIMITS! 10 Terms as a Representative (20 years) & 3 Terms as a Senator (18 years) MAX! If you level up to Senator, you are done as a Rep.
