A Soundtrack for the Movement: Steve Jacobs Crafts Music for a New Generation Singer-songwriter Steve Jacobs has been making music for the Catholic Worker movement for more than four decades. Now, he's working on a new album that includes 12 new songs and some old favorites.

At 70 years old, Jacobs suspects his songwriting days might be winding down. But even if that’s true, like the music of Woody Guthrie, Jacobs hopes that his own music will continue to make the world a place where it’s easier to be good long after he’s stopped writing.
