As the book came to a halt. I buckled over crying as this character screamed.

This is not a good description of this book or the feel within it. But I do recommend the book. I truly enjoyed it.

Book 32 of 2025 was a return to Japan through the work of #KeigoHigashino As with most translations I found the language a bit stilted & often found myself mentally editing it but it didn't detract from the concept. Interesting ending which is what gives it 4 🌟📚 #Booksky #thedevotionofsuspectx

Not sure why the director of the Malayalam #film #Drishyam denies having been inspired by #TheDevotionOfSuspectX (see the article above). 🤷🏽‍♂️
