Slow and steady progress. I’ve been going to the gym 2-3 times a week since April 2025 (October and November were kind of a bust thanks to illness).
Weights and reps keep going up. Not bad for a fifty year old.

1st workout of the year done 💪🏻 Took a lot of effort to get out of bed, dressed & out the door. Then getting out my car to walk into the gym. Thankfully I have a PT who met me @ my usual warm up spot & put me through hell. Feel better for it. #TheGymGroup Need to do more

Aww #TheGymGroup, so generous. They're closing one branch for nearly two weeks for yet another refit and while we don't get any money off our monthly fee, they're going to allow us to travel to a number of other gyms (that'll be even more crowded) for free! 🙄
