Found a GIF of the girl in the sunhat, searched and learned she's from an old anime called "The Irresponsible Captain Tylor", found her name (Kim Kyung-hwa) and found the other image (Azalyn Goza XVI), and I wanted to draw the secretary from the Helluva Short: Big Boss, so... Headcanon: she's an anime nerd who favors more retro anime than modern. She needed to be a yes-man at her job to fund her weebiness. She thankfully doesn't have to deal with a lot of backlash from her job and helps her future partner run an anime cafe.
