And yes. Issy still has the blanket because Comfort Item even tho she's not a tiny baby any more. It's one of the first things her and Solas reach a half peace over. Cause he wasn't there but he was also indirectly comforting her when she was a lot smaller.

As for the necklace? The only time Yavi took it off? Going to Tevinter. She didn't want to add more of a target on Dorian's back if people put two and two together and saw her out and about wearing it. Trespasser? Wore it then. Wore it constantly since up until that reunion.

Solas left his wolf necklace, neatly wrapped in a blanket on Yavi's bed. She woke up to find it there after Corypheus got defeated since she was pregnant at the time and Keth told her to stay at Skyhold. Self same blanket became Issy's baby blanket.

Issy being the closest to Solas in terms of power expression and temperament to him pre-rebellion especially when she gets older is hilarious if only because it takes until she's a solid teen for her to talk to him normally. And not just hiss.

While not as liberal with a pair of scissors as her twin? Yavi's hair does become an eventual victim of stress and grief after Crestwood and right through to the end of Trespasser.
She's let it grow out again by Veilguard as her acceptance of...everything.
