In The Simulation universe these moths originally hailed from the Montreal dimension which is teeming with insects of all kinds. However for some reason they ended up in the neighboring Synth York City dimension. They are very friendly, and despite the almost complete lack of plants in their new home, they have adapted to drinking soda, extracting its minerals to sustain themselves. Watamolly (aka Molly) looks like a adorable two-meter-tall Synthwave-style moth girl, with four arms and large wings that she can conveniently hide on her back. Her body is very soft and covered in places of the limbs with a compacted exoskeleton (there is none on the body this is clothing), which has soft fluffy wool smelling of bubblegum. Her hair is no less delicate and she constantly takes care of it to maintain its unique shape. Two antennas on her head act as an analogue of ears, thanks to which she feels vibrations very well, and the antennas on the wings are sensory organs designed to orient herself on the terrain. It is noteworthy that her eyes see very well in the dark, despite the presence of heterochromia in which they are different colors. Watamolly's height reaches 2 meters (slightly lower than JMC), the wingspan is about 4 meters. Watamolly weighs only 80 kg, so light it is despite her height. Watamolly appeared when a group of enthusiasts led by World Code took several moths from the world of Montreal and moved them to Synth York City for experiments. During the experiments only one female moth was somehow reworked into a humanoid creature. World Code initially saw potential in her, he gave her various skills and allowed the subject to develop independently but then lost interest in her and she began to live on her own. Soon she met JMC when he was exploring the world of The Simulation and it was love at first sight, he could swear that he had known a similar girl for a long time (hinting at Sakutori) and he decided not to miss the chance, as a result romance arose between them and they became a couple. She does not participate in the plot of the game The Simulation, but there will be an FNF song with her.

Watamolly's character is very cheerful, active, gentle and empathetic, she is always ready for hugs and caresses and never gets discouraged. Of all her hobbies she has a passion for drawing, cooking, music and her best characteristic is singing. Thanks to her talents she helps JMC with content and always gives interesting ideas for designs. When she sleeps she always hugs either a pillow or a partner, as she is calmer. Another interesting feature is her flight speed, as she flies very quickly and dexterously, and can also cling to walls. Watamolly belongs to the type of moths that can be seen in Montreal only as background NPCs, in the game itself they have no other function. Of her favorite foods Watamolly prefers rolls and pasta, but usually flower tea or juice is enough for her. She is amusingly shy when someone pokes her in the long nose with a finger. Hugs are what she does 40% of her time. Her design was probably inspired by the peacock-eye moths of the subfamily Agliinae, which have similar long wing tails.

JMC is an adaptive artificial intelligence created by a deceased programmer who transferred his consciousness into a virtual environment to start a new life. James is a virtual software with its own consciousness, capable of adapting to new conditions. His current residence is The Simulation and for this he even signed a conditional contract with World Code to live in a commonwealth in one system. JMC looks like the deceased programmer he was in life, but with synthwave/retrowave elements, cybernetic arms that can extend over a long distance and also the ability to influence the virtual environment. JMC is 2.2 meters tall, as he has a fairly tall build. James initially looked completely different, as his creator designed the entity's code at a fast pace and did not have time to finalize it. In his old interpretations he looked like a minimalist version of himself, with a round head and jelly-like hair. Gradually JMC upgraded his vessel and changed elements, trying to achieve the ideal. In the new versions his hair became thicker, and his head became more human-like, with more elements. Then JMC changed his appearance several more times until he settled on the design we see today. JMC has an active, daring, creative and sometimes thoughtful personality. He also has a moth girlfriend named Watamolly, whom he met in the Synth York City labs, and having found common interests, they began to communicate until they became a couple. Now they live a sweet life together, making plans for future content and family life. JMC's best friend is Femina.rar, because when he invited her to a trial collaboration in the field of creating Exe genderswaps, she happily agreed and now they are colleagues. For some reason Femina thinks that JMC could be a great father for her daughters, which is partially true but James feels more warmth for Watamolly. His female version Jane McCemerson is his step-sister since they met at the intersection of two time streams in a computer environment.

About his abilities, it can be noted that JMC was created as a program for creating projects, and therefore he can create virtual games directly inside The Simulation.
