Indeed, I think that loosy-goosy mindset for cosmetics is why later in life I found and fell in love with the #CypherSystem RPG by @montecookgames.com -- Especially #TheStrangeRPG and #Numenera -- they also embrace that mindset of giving the player a core mechanic and then letting them go wild.
