#AdamSmith setzte sich ja in #TheWealthOfNations nur an 2 Stellen mit #Handelsbilanzdefiziten auseinander, Buch II Kapitel 3 a) "Of the extraordinary restraints ... balance is supposed to be disadvantageous" wo er quasi einfach schreibt, dass solche Bilanzen eh zu ungenau sind,
