The cliffhanger, a species of dragon from the copper isles that latches onto rock surfaces and pounces on prey, the makes have a “mane” of copper scales that clank together to intimidate predators and rival males.

The active zone, huge cathedrals of copper chimneys emit smoke and lava, what little water is there is highly toxic, little to no flora or fauna
Inactive zone, the chimneys have long emptied their magma chambers and have started eroding, many creatures live in this area and vegetation is gaining territory.
Coastal zones, eroded chimneys act as water reservoirs that feed rivers and streams, trees are abundant and so are animals. Most of the toxic copper salts are absorbed by the plants here.
More about #Thilduri and the copper spires: the region is a volcanic archipelago divided into the core or active zone, the inactive zone, which spires’s are extinguished, and the coastal plains, where ancient chimneys hold rainwater
