I had no desire to join the madness today. Instead, I chose an edgeland walk in the late light to see if my friend was there. She (I've decided) didn't disappoint. I could just make her out from the scrawl of old nests in bare trees, not once, but twice, in that liminal place. #buzzard #thinplace
