A frontal view of the forearm tattoo, showcasing the drawn-on peony flower atop the wrist, which settles next to an “11:11” tattoo in blackletter done by another artist atop their hand. The zig-zagging of the thorny vine can be seen clearly atop their forearm, and a glimpse of the healed scorpion tattoo can be seen at the top.

A side-view of the inner forearm shows how the drawn-on peony flower follows the curve of the wrist. There is a hint of another larger flower on the inside of the forearm just barely visible. The scorpions face is visible at this angle.

The inside of the forearm features a blackwork peony flower with stipple shading, overlapped by the end of the zigzagging thorny vine. The inner wrist and elbow ditch are left blank, allowing this flower to serve as the centerpiece of the inner forearm.
