Great googly moogly, the eyes on a Curve-billed Thrasher, especially when you get them both in frame, are something to behold...this birb has run, literally, run across my back yard (yes, it's all rocks) to stop at the edge of the patio, raise its bill high and look at me inquisitively like "where's the mealworms, bub?" Zen.

That's right 111. Some days if it weren't for Thrashers, I'd have no luck at all. I'm calling this one Kirk Douglas, for that weird cleft in the breast plumage, but in this frame I enjoyed catching him blinking in the sun up in his Joshua Tree.
