On her left and right, Akyuu and Kosuzu immediately flank her kissing the cheeks of her main head as they hold extra heads in their laps, Kosuzu scratching hers and Akyuu gently cradling one. Wakasagihime sits on one of the couch arms and gently holds a head in her palm giving a playful kiss on the lips as on the opposite arm Kagerou leans in for a more passionate kiss staring Seki in the eyes with confidence. In the background behind the couch Kogasa balances one of sekis heads on her hand giving it a smooch as Sakuya more menacingly holds up a head to eye level with her using the threat of a knife tip as she kisses it. Lastly Shinmy stands further in the back holding up a head with both arms so she may give it a kiss on the cheek.
