It's been a million years since I worked for tips. It's WRONG. If tipping is "vital for employees", then it isn't the patron, it's the EMPLOYER who needs to change their policy. All that money goes into their pocket when they need to pay workers A LIVING WAGE. ...Not "minimum wage." #tippingculture
