2-3 years old Shôto is greeting his big brother Touya who just came home from school. He is very proud and Touya is puzzled. Shôto: Touya-nii! I did it today! Touya is puzzled. He put down is school bag and take off his shoes. Touya: What did you do? Shôto: I did the same as you! Touya: Uh, what? Like, what? You still doesn't have your quirk yet... Shôto: I've protected mom when dad was mad! Touya is shocked and very worried about it.
Touya is grabbing Shôto's shoulder's, almost shouting so much he is worried about him and their mom. Touya: Are you and mom okay? Did he hurt oen or both of you? Shôto is unfazed, a little surprised to see him like this. He proudly and calmly says: Kicking a bit, but I did as well! I did just like you! He was angry at mom again, and hit her. And you were at school but I was there! And I ran into the room and I stand in front of him just like you do! And he didn't want to drop it so I kicked him too! (There is a portrayal of the events recounted by Shôto with Endeavor biting up Rei and Shôto standing between his parent, shouting at his father)
Touya laugh is ass of then proudly grabs Shôto's shoulder, croutching to be at his eye level. Touya: I guess he didn't see that coming! Shôto: Nope. And even if he kicked me he stopped hitting mom. Touya: He was definitly intimidated! Good job, little worm! Shôto stares at him, unamused: I'm not a worm. I'm a kid. And one day, I'll be a hero! Touya grabs his bag and walk pass him, ruffling his hair and teasing him a bit. Touya: Alright, hero-worm, nice job. Shôto is protesting, trying to push away his hand: I'm not a worm!
Touya walks down the corridor and look at Shôto above his shoulder, waving at him. Touya: okay then. I count on you to look after mom when I'm not there. Shôto is both flattered and honored that his older brother trusts him so much with such an important task. He is filled with pride, motivation, and self-confidence. Shôto: You can count on me!
