A hawk is perched on a snow topped wooden fence in front of a reddish brown brick wall. The bird is approximately 38 centimetres or 15 inches tall, with bars of reddish brown feathers on its white belly. It has darker brownish feathers on its head and wing, a yellow eye and a short sharp beak. One of its yellow legs with talons is visible. It is likely an immature Cooper's Hawk which are prevalent in this area.
