“Sam?” she shouted, trying to look everywhere at once. “Sam!” she shouted again, this time her voice tinged with panic. She stood stock still and listened, cocking her head to the side. Light started emerging from behind the circle, looking almost like stars, and she saw a figure standing in front of it in a Constellation suit with their back to her. She ran towards the figure, shouting “Sam!,” smiling widely. As she approached, the area expanded, and the light of stars, galaxies, and nebulae began to stream past her. It was like she was racing through the cosmos, but she didn’t stop to wonder as her eyes were fixed on the figure in the Constellation suit. When she was about ten meters away, the figure slowly turned around and she saw it was not her husband, but rather a small Asian woman. Her momentum took her to within a few meters of the figure, where it took her several seconds to realize she was staring at herself. She recoiled at the sight, a mixture of confusion tinged with revulsion sent her mind spinning. Instead of looking at the figure, her eyes darted everywhere else, finally taking in her surroundings.
