Town Board dragging its feet on conflict of interest policy Chapman Museum walking tour will focus on the contributions of women

While #ethics was on the agenda for the #Queensbury #TownBoard workshop on Monday, it continued to drag its feet. What was surprising was that the councilman with the "appearance" of a #conflictofinterest seemed to be in charge of rewriting the ethics code.
