Muwekma Ohlone Tribe Rides Across the Nation for Federal Recognition in 'Trail of Truth' - UNICORN RIOT The Muwekma Ohlone Tribe traveled to D.C. from San Francisco in a 70-day journey they called the "Trail of Truth" to demand recognition of their existence.

After trekking across the country as part of the #TrailofTruth, the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe was met with 9 arrests on Oct. 15, when trying to march on horseback to the Bureau of Indian Affairs office in D.C. to discuss their federal recognition.

Not at all impressed by @debhaaland.bsky.social after how she released parks & rec on the Muwekma Ohlone tribe like rabid dogs. They were on their sacred #TrailOfTruth and her dogs threatened to euthanize their horses. She ran as a native who promised to do good but acted like colonizers would have.
