Mermay Day 19-OK this was tough. And I’ll admit this one is filed under…it’s done.

a truly mishmash visually. Some orange tentacles reaching in from the bottom and sides of the frame with an orange purrmaid with orange glasses is reading 20,000 Leages Under the Sea. Meanwhile, a turtle dressed as a royal english guard (i don’t know their proper name) with the tall fuzzy black hat is looking over her shoulder also reading the book. One of the tentacles is wrapped around the purrmaid’s tail fin while another reaches out to touch the book and yet another is holding a watch.

This is yet again a case of too many prompts shoved into one drawing 😆
Aside from the clutter there’s something I can’t put my finger on that makes it look incomplete/not cohesive/weird. If you have any ideas why let me know in the comments!
