Protip: cycling into a headwind definitely adds some intensity to the day.

It's crazy to think how far this journey has taken me over the past few months. Never would have thought this sort of volume and commitment was possible, years ago.

I mentioned I like data when #TriTraining, but sometimes you just one number to gauge where you need to be.

The goal is to get that blue number (fitness, though it's more like "how much training volume can your body take in a week") to 70 by September.

The trendline drops were illness or surgery.
