Happy Birthday to #Trowelblazer Gertrud Dorka. Director of Berlin's Museum for Pre- and Early History from 1947-58, she was instrumental in its reconstruction after WW2, even excavating collections from the rubble of the Martin-Gropius-Bau where they had been held.
