Native Texan...live in Austin now. Salt Lick isn't Texas BBQ. I know Mrs. Salt Lick is Chinese(?) and she tweaked some recipes. Celery seed in the coleslaw comes to mind. I've only been once but I remember sausage, brisket and sauce were not good. #toeachtheirown #txbbqsnob
