It made Tyler excited because he didn't know which one, making it like a gacha. After opening the Pokeball, inside it was some white furr and some ice. Tyler then tried to think what Pokémon could be but there were a couple and didn't know which could be so he decides to absorb it and change afterwards.

After the task was completed, he goes to train using his ability he has in this body, at the place where Brute told him, at one of the catacombs entrances, where most of the ghosts come out. After arriving there, he begins attacking but also defending against the spirits but after a while, a huge number started appearing, overwhelming him, so he tries to run but it gets caught easily by all of them and while struggling, he hears a voice, telling him to back down. After doing so, a huge figure appeared in front, eliminating all of those spirits. After it was completed, he put the sword near Tyler's head, asking who he was and what he was doing here. After taking a better look he remembers who he was, he was the right hand of Silent Salt, previously his mount but after an unknown event, he is now Nox Black Salt Cookie, a knight.

Tyler also introduces himself and tells him what happened and how the zombies weren't able to die, even after slicing them. Albertito was confused that Tyler didn't know that the only thing that can kill the zombies are the plants, being something common to know. When Tyler tried to explain why he doesn't know, the zombies who where following him finnaly arrived. After they entered the space, the plants finnaly started attacking back, from shooting projectiles to actually hitting them. So Tyler had taken a leaf out of tiger-looking plant, the tiger grass, and starts absorbing it. After the tranformation was completed, Tyler begins slicing all the zombies using his claws, now finally staying down without rising back. After the last zombie was killed, Tyler get back at Albertito and thanks him for saving him and asks what can he do as a thank. After all the explanation and storytelling, he asks Tyler where are they now and why he doesn't look more like a dragonfolk. Tyler then started explaining where is this place, how is the scroll here and why he has some similarities with the people of his clan. After hearing everything, the elder was in a deep thinking, but after a while he decides to touch the head of Tyler and after he opened his eyes in amazement, he started laughing powerful and loud, making the walls tremble. After he stopped, he introduced himself as Shadith, the 27th and last leader of the Dark Flame Dragon clan and asked Tyler if he wanted him to succeed as the next clan leader and create it here. Tyler was started at first but decided to accept, to help in his quest. After hearing the answer, Shadith started laughing while petting Tyler on the head. (2/2) At first, nothing unusual happened, it had a weird taste but it wasn't corrosive, so it was good, but afterwards, the change started. His arms began to get longer and longer, but also started to look more like a baths than normal ones. Bones also started growing, alongside a membrane, making a pair or wings instead of where arms should be. His head also started changing, similar to his Wendigo form, his skull started showing, by having all the flesh either getting absorbed or simply falling. He thought that the rest of the body would also began to change, but after five minutes of no change, he was confused at first but then got it that he diluted the liquid too much and only was able to change half-way. Now he needs to wait a whole more month for some new samples, to complete it. Even if he wasn't able to completely change, he was still able to fly in the air, with some difficulties because of how the wings are but also create a downgraded version of the liquid, that allows to remove short bad memory. In the end, this wasn't a complete success but it was a start of a complete one.

While going though the woods, Tyler stumbled upon an abandoned house. When he got inside, there was a plate of Amandines on the table.
