I desperately need to catch a break. The slow but steady recovery from pinching my #ulnar #nerve 3 weeks ago was brutally undermined this morning by suddenly having a severe radial nerve pinch/lesion. My wrist cannot even lift the weight of my hand. Diffuse mild ache, intermittent burning sensation.
