UNIX Fourth Edition on SIMH v3.12-5 UNIX v4 was officially released for the DEC PDP-11/45 computers on November 1973, when those computers were the only computers eligible for this version of UNIX. Since then, it was thought to be lost until November 7th when the tape has been rediscovered. Apparently, this tape was sitting somewhere in one of the storage rooms in the University of Utah.

We have tested UNIX Fourth Edition with SIMH v3.12-5, and it worked!

A vintage book for the PA-RISC 2.0 ISA, cover shows some networked PC's a small simulated city, and multimedia setup despite HP-UX being incredible bad at it due lack of software and a jet coming out of a screen implying a game?
