While the old yards were filled with a lot of good things such as the downtown arena, and MacEwan university, it is unfortunate we forever lost a prime location for a downtown passenger rail hub.

Proposal: Vigilante hitch removal, placing it conspicuously in the bed with a note saying "Removed on (date) and you didn't notice until now. Do you really need to block the sidewalk."
