First session was alright, although most players ran into a loading wall with trying to play without the ModPack. I'm going to try removing the character models from the ServerPack list, this should allow the ModPack to be more optional and keep loadtimes down

Big Dragon Games Map voting and game mode voting are enabled. At the end of each match players may vote for the next map or change the game mode. Players who do not win the vote will have an additional vote next round.

I did get my #UT2004 server setup. It should show up in the server browser as "Big Dragon Games (ECE, CBP1, CBP2)". The server will stream maps to you if you don't have them already. You can also download the maps and player models I have by visiting bigdragongames.com (there's a zip file).
