I’ve been on a candy-making kick lately but I realized I had yet to make my favorite candy – vanilla buttercreams!

The same lemon cupcakes as before, but each one has a round hollowed out center. There are 18 cupcakes arranged in four rows. Row 1 at the top, and rows 3 & 4 at the bottom each have 5 cupcakes in them. Row 2 has 3 cupcakes in it. They are all varying degrees of golden
The same cupcakes, in the same arrangement as the previous image. They now have a deep golden lemon curd in the hollowed out center of the cupcake. I slightly overcooked my lemon curd.
The same cupcakes as the previous image all finished. The lemon curd is covered by a ruffled vanilla buttercream with a fresh blueberry in the center and a drizzle of lemon curd over the top in a zig zag pattern. There are some baking utensils along the edge of the image as well, but they aren't pretty so I'm gonna ignore them.
Okay, busy night last night. Chat from 11pm-3am, bake from 3 AM until 5:30am.
