Wife’s out of town, so I made comfort food for one tonight. Peanut butter tofu (Rosetta’s recipe, IYKYK) and smashed potatoes with nutritional yeast gravy. Added a little sriracha on top and it was fuckin’ gooooood. Almost vegan too, but there was some dairy in the potatoes. #veggielife #vegetarian

Risotto made with tinned tomatoes and veg stock, a handful of frozen peas and some roasted peppers in the oven.

I dag måtte jeg give op over for aftensmaden. Der var dog to stykker kogt broccoli som jeg spiste.

Til gengæld var der hjemmelavet is, som smagte fantastisk. Og selvfølgelig var der en dessertvaffel til, som man fik som barn 😂
