North Wales June 2025 - #04/#08: The Old Station
Trains stop at this Victorian-built station roughly every 3 hours, en route to Llandudno and Blaenau Ffestiniog. It’s also the home of the #ConwyValleyRailwayMuseum, which occupies what was once the station's 'down' platform

North Wales June 2025 - #03/#08: Fishing for Sewin
This angler, at Pont-y-Pair Falls just outside #BetwsYCoed, was after Sea Trout. He had caught one earlier, downriver, and he was trying his luck further upstream at these picturesque falls.

The work for #Telford200 is constantly ticking away into the background.
Today I came across this great photo of the bridge taken in 2017 and thought I would share!

North Wales June 2025 - #02/#08: #ConwyCastle
Built by Edward I in the late 13th century, the castle is considered to be one of the finest examples of military architecture in Europe. My take on it - after nearly a 1000 years, it’s nice seeing the #WelshFlag proudly aloft.
