According to the pstick I have ketosis but I'm still hearing voices. Seems like I've been hearing them every night for 3 nights now. They are worse than when I was continuously on keto but still not as bad as prior to keto. Hopefully I'll get better sleep tonight. #keto #voicehearing #bipolar […]
