A monster from the game Voidsayer (grim dark monster rogue game) called a Skogsra. It evolves from a dryad, and is a humanshaped plant monster with a skin mouth, limp hair, and a toothy mouth placed between its shoulderblades.

Eventually I'll go back to Lobo Corp (again) but for now, voidsayer has my chill vibiing. My dryad evolved and did not disappoint with it's back mouth. #voidsayer
