Chris Glover is in Toronto Ontario quietly passed a law letting the province hand your municipal water system to corporations. The Water and Wastewater Public Corporations Act was created as part of Bill 60, but is not yet in force, and would allow the municipal affairs and housing minister to designate business corporations to take over municipal water and sewage services.
