Reminder: walk more. 4 years ago just out of hospital. Walks were difficult. But vital to recover. Dear late chum Lindsay told me get on with it 'every damn day!' Mists all day & just had to get into it. Quiet, still, ethereal & glorious. So it's dedicated to him.
