I have awoken to the glorious sound of trash trucks in the alley clearing dumpsters. Emailing your alderman 3 times promising to email them daily until it's done and publicly shaming the city street dept shouldn't be necessary. An alley with a sheet of ice covering the alleyway, around 1-2 inches thick. The ice is white with specks of brown and gray. There are 3 brown dumpsters overflowing with trash, trash is beginning to crawl into the alleyway.

Going on 3 weeks with no trash removal and no road treatment in our alley in #southcitystl #ward05 I have contacted our Alderman, Joesph Vollmer, twice to no response. This is unacceptable.
