Even if it were true that "affordable housing" was just a slogan for Chughtai, that is still better than Millard, who consistently only speaks to and for homeowners and refuses to acknowledge the reality of renters in this city. Millard's focus on Uptown makes clear her constituents are the business owners who don't live here.
