Wanted to watch this forever, big screen was a treat. Very much feels like a dry run for Tetsuo, with similar cyberpunk themes and experimental stop motion, but it’s much sillier and lighter and less technically accomplished.

#Watched Haisai Zombie (2014) - by coincidence, I watched this the day after Anaconda and it has the exact same premise, a horror-comedy about old friends/aspiring filmmakers that decide to make a horror movie that ends up becoming real.
Only this is a full hour shorter and therefore superior.

#Watched Anaconda (2025) - needed something dumb and smooth-brained after a long day. Mostly a total waste of time except for 3 great bits:
1. Buffalo sober
2. Everything with Selton Mello
3. The boar
Honestly, the boar took this up a full point, for those two minutes I laughed until I cried.
