For Carlos, the 2nd stint was hard to assess because he was asked to do a lot of fuel saving that (as far as I can tell) wasn't necessary on Alex's car for whatever reason. Alex showed strong pace in the 2nd stint, but just couldn't challenge Haas. Hoping Japan treats the FW47 better.

Truthfully, I’m not expecting points from either car because Shanghai is a tricky track for the FW47 overall. If Alex can scrap together a point or two, that would be stellar, but I certainly don’t think expect it. The most important thing is that the team learns more about the car.
