West and Kazul are effectively imo goofing around in a Limsa inn room, both dressed in lingerie of varying coverage. Kazul is wearing a black sheer bodysuit while West is wearing a two piece white lacy set with a black sheer robe over the top.
Kazul has two fingers under West's chin, tipping his head up while he smirks at the au ra. West is almost eye level with Kazul because he's climbed up on the provided ladder in the inn room just for that purpose. Whatever is going on between them he is Touching Kazul Tiddy.
