Adventures of Superman #463, Feb 1990 by Dan Jurgens & Art Thibert
In 1967 teen writer Jim Shooter wrote the first Superman vs. The Flash race and it became a favorite event for some DC fans. Jurgens pays homage to the cover of Superman #199 by Infantino & Anderson.
The Atom worries about wiping out as he's riding a kernel of corn like a surfboard across a deep fryer.
Let's go back to that time when The Atom surfed on a popcorn kernel in a vat of oil.
