While the contact cement has been drying as I attach more pieces to the wig base, I've been starting on the ponytail. #wigdiy #wigwip #cosplaywip #cosplaydiy
Getting close!! #wigwip #wigdiy #cosplaywip #cosplaydiy
On that #wigwip once again. #wigdiy #cosplaywip #cosplaydiy
Getting closer to the crown of the wig so have to make the rows tighter now. #wigdiy #wigwip #cosplaywip #cosplaydiy
Still on that #wigwip train. Working as I feel like it. #wigdiy #cosplaywip #cosplaydiy
Sorry, I only work on the #wigdiy when I feel like it. So this is a very slow process. #wigwip #cosplaywip
Hardware installed and left in the garage overnight to cure the contact cement. #wigdiy #wigwip #cosplaywip
Using a plumbing pipe, worbla, & contact cement covered by felt. #wigdiy #wigwip #cosplaywip
Getting the pieces together to install the ponytail base! #wigdiy #wigwip #cosplaywip
Back on the #wigdiy once again after a few months! Hopefully I'll have real progress before the end of the month. It's a lot of putting yarn in, straightening, and brushing. #cosplatwip #wigwip
This is a very labor-intensive and time consuming process to make a #wigdiy so I do not recommend it if you're on a time crunch. Each strand is cut then pulled from the yarn then individually crochet into the wig cap. Each section is sprayed, straightened, and brushed out. #wigwip
I lied. I'm still working on it as my partner plays Mass Effect Andromeda in the background. The hairspray should arrive in a couple days. #wigdiy #cosplaydiy
