#puffballmushroom from my brother’s yard. Cut in 1/4” slices, dip in flour, then egg, then mix of #Panko crumbs, salt/pepper, and #SlapYoMama to add some kick. Fried in oil till crispy. Topped with a sweet chile sauce and #wildarugula out of the garden.
