Caterpillar 🐛🌱: Larval host plants include the native blue porterweed (Stachytarpheta jamaicensis) aka Vervian. Adults nectar on that species, native species of Tournefortia, & species of Lantana. Adults also may nectar on Spanish-needles (Bidens alba var. radiata).
Range: Florida, the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, & tropical South America
